Today's managers are challenged with performing many different roles within their companies. To understand today's managers, you will learn the functions and planning process that they are required to do so that they can make decisions for their employees and the company. Many managers are considered leaders, and you will learn the difference between a manager and a leader.

One of the many responsibilities that managers and leaders have is to motivate their employees. You will learn several different motivation theories that can help managers and leaders decide on how best to encourage employees to perform their best work.

This module is complimentary and will take approximately 15 hours to complete.
